Lighthouse / Business Development Representative
Role
We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team at Lighthouse. In this role, you'll work to make U.S. visa preparation fast, accessible, and an exceptional experience for the world's best and brightest in the startup and technology industry.

- You're genuinely curious about founders, startups, and technology — in areas undergoing major transformation like artificial intelligence, robotics, biotech, manufacturing, aerospace, and more — with a strong service focus.
We do not expect candidates for this role to have previous immigration experience or a legal background. Previous startup experience is welcome, but we are most interested in someone who is open to learning and can demonstrate the requisite skills.

What we'll trust you to do
Your primary responsibilities will be supporting business development and operations of our scaling startup. A typical week will include:
- Analyzing top of funnel leads and coordinating sales calls with prospective customers.
- Communicating with potential customers and find solutions to support frequently asked questions at scale.
- Designing and managing our go to market projects. Examples include: overseeing the sales pipeline, surfacing sales data, CRM process projects, marketing outreach etc.
- Supporting general business operational systems that help make the team move fast like - invoicing, qualifying leads, improving operational efficiencies in our production pipeline.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify process improvements and use your creative skills to build scalable solutions.
