Go-To-Market Lead
New York / San Francisco (Onsite)
We’re looking for a GTM Lead to join Lighthouse at a pivotal moment. This is a founding GTM role: you’ll be the person who takes us from early traction to a repeatable, scalable go-to-market engine.
You’ll own the full GTM motion: pipeline generation, sales process design, outbound strategy, conversion optimization, and the systems and tooling that make it all work at scale. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to hand things off — you’ll be in the details while simultaneously building for leverage.
You might be a strong fit if
You’ve built and scaled top-of-funnel growth programs at an early-stage startup. You know how to generate pipeline from scratch, not just optimize an existing one.
You’re a strong copywriter. You can craft cold outbound sequences, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messaging that actually get responses, and you know how to test and iterate until they do.
You have experience building distribution through communities, networks, and partnerships (accelerators, VC firms, founder Slacks, industry groups) and you know how to make those relationships productive.
You’re deeply data-driven about top-of-funnel metrics: you track impressions, open rates, reply rates, and MQL conversion, and you use them to remove what isn’t working and double down on what is.
You have a genuine curiosity about founders and the startup ecosystem (our customers span AI, robotics, biotech, aerospace), and you understand what motivates the people we’re trying to reach.
We do not expect candidates to have a legal or immigration background. What matters is proven GTM execution at a high-growth startup and the drive to build something from the ground up.

What we’ll trust you to do
You’ll own top-of-funnel growth. You’ll build the systems, channels, and programs that fill the pipeline. A typical week might include:
Designing and executing cold outbound campaigns: building prospect lists, writing sequences, testing messaging, and iterating on what converts.
Owning our referral program end-to-end: designing the mechanics, launching it, and continually optimizing to make it a reliable growth channel.
Running demand generation experiments across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to find what drives qualified leads at scale.
Partnering with accelerators, VC networks, founder communities, and other distribution channels to build pipeline through trusted relationships.
Owning top-of-funnel metrics: impressions, click-through rates, lead volume, MQL conversion — and using the data to make fast decisions.
Eventually, hiring and managing a growth/marketing team as we scale.
